General
Spirit of Langley is a 65’ cruiser stern narrowboat newly fitted out in light oak with chrome accessories. She has two double cabins and a walk through shower room with cassette toilet, and the further bathroom with shower and bath, and pump-out toilet. Cabin heating is by Webasto central heating, hot water supplemented with Calorifier and 240 volt immersion. She was built by Floating Homes in 2003 as a ‘sale away’ and has been fully fitted out by the current owner. The engine is a Perkins 2 ltr diesel. The Kitchen includes washing machine, fridge, and double sink with drainer. Lounge has L shaped seating with table and a multi-fuel stove. BSS certificate valid to October 2015.

Interior Description
Light oak faced linings and solid oak trim. Fittings are in chrome, carpet and vinyl flooring, lots of space and cupboards, hopper and porthole style windows. Bathroom and walk through shower room fully tiled.
Kitchen specification:	Built-in oven with 4 burner hob, 12v Shoreline fridge, washing machine, double sink with mixer tap, plenty of cupboard space and drawers. Splash back tiling and large windows to either side, and side opening hatch
Bathroom specification:	Walkthrough shower room between cabins with walk-in shower, and cassette toilet, chrome mixer tap, mirror. Fully tiled and porthole window. Amidships modern bathroom with full size bath with shower over, pump-out toilet, vanity unit hand basin with chrome mixer tap, cupboard and mirrored cupboard above. Full tiled with porthole window.
Lounge specification:	The lounge is has l shaped seating with table and built-in cupboard and shelving unit, TV cupboard, multi-fuel stove, carpet to floor, radiator. large windows to either side, making this a very light and airy space. Doors to bow with cratch cover.
Bedroom specification:	First cabin has steps down from stern, large cupboard and storage space under bed. Door to walk through shower to second cabin. Radiators and two porthole windows fitted.
Hot Water & Heating Systems
The central heating is supplied by a Webasto central heating boiler which provides hot water and space heating via radiators throughout. Hot water is also provided by the calorifier fitted to engine with separate 240volt immersion heater. Additional space heating in lounge via multi-fuel burner. Stainless steel water tank – approximately 600 litres.
Electrical System & Components
12 volt system with 4 new 110ah batteries and 1 starter battery fitted. 2.5KW inverter charger fitted. Landline and 240 volt system.
